Walk for Warmth is a concept adapted by Community Action Agencies with the goal of fundraising in order to fund the Emergency Utility Assistance Program. Several agencies in Michigan host these events during winter months, and Siren PR is responsible for a couple of them.

OLHSA’s Walk for Warmth fundraisers, held in Oakland and Livingston County, annually bring in 1,500+ people and about $150,000 to warm hearts and homes.

Mid Michigan Community Action’s Walk for Warmth fundraisers are held in three counties each winter. The 2014 events were planned by Siren PR and infused with energy, new walkers, and boosted funds.
